Spent sulfuric acid generated in our system contains about 75% H2SO4 is a powerful acidic oxidizer and in liquid state mainly for manufacture of various industrial chemicals .

The spent sulfuric acid generated as dilute sulphuric acid about 75 -80%.
It contains little chlorine and suitable for the manufacture of various chemicals.

Handling and Storage

It is desirable to use personal protective equipment while handling and use .
Enclosure of process and mechanist on of handling procedure will be effective measures to prevent all personal contact with acid.
Sulphuric acid should be stored in separate, well ventilated, cool and dry premises .
Storage tanks should be protected by breather vents.
Storage tanks should be provided with overflow pipes to an adjacent container .
Avoid spillages and leakages.
Do not store with chromate other explosives substances .
